While you leave your little baby in the hands of a nanny or daycare centre and go to work, your child maybe rented to an agent who uses them as a bait on the streets to solicit for arms from unsuspecting members of the public. At the end of the day the proceeds are obviously shared between the daycare and the agent.

People who engage in such a heart rending act should be jailed as a deterrent to others.

How can anyone exploit such innocent children so callously leaving them under the sun and heat? The lengths people will go for money.
