Source of the photograph – Unknown

I was so intrigued by this picture of what obviously are series of men feet and a lone female one in the mix!
In this days of gender and feminisation issues I just couldn’t help but take a second look and do a deep soul search.
The question now arose in my head – is this the real situation of how our women folk are marginalised in the corporate world as well as in other aspects of living?
Since I do not have any statistics to back this impression of marginalisation of the women folk right now with me I would rather err on the side of caution and leave you the reader to decide for yourself.
What caption would you give the photograph if I asked you to caption it?
